The journal uses double-blind reviews, which means the identities of both the reviewer and the author have been kept secret. Articles are reviewed by qualified Academicians and Experts. The contents and the very existence of a submitted manuscript must be considered confidential until the article is published. If the article is not accepted for the journal, then it will be informed to the Author(s). Reviewers should submit the review report within one month from the date of receipt of the article and consider all reviews as confidential.
