CAMERA READY INSTRUCTION FOR MITA2016
This instruction is to help you prepare your final camera-ready paper and other relevant materials for publication on conference proceeding.
1. Paper Format
Before submitting the final version, authors are expected to revise their paper taking into account the feedback from the reviewers. Please prepare your final paper ONLY using MS-DOC-formatted templates (Not allowed HWP either Latex format). The manuscript of the papers should be limited to a maximum length of 2 pages (short paper) or 6 pages (regular paper). Authors of accepted papers must guarantee that their papers will be presented at the conference.
2. Paper Submission and Registration
All camera-ready papers must be received by June 12, 2015, in order for the papers to be included in the conference Proceedings. Any papers submitted after this date will run the risk of not being included in the Proceedings. To include your paper in conference proceedings, here are the steps you must follow:
(1) Upload you Source File (DOC) and PDF File (PDF)
Please upload the source file in MS WORD2003 version (DOC) and corresponding PDF file of your paper to online submission system.
(2) Upload your Paper Teaser (PPT)
Please send only 1 page PowerPoint file using template for the paper teaser with a paper ID as a filename. If we do not receive the file by the due date, the title and abstract uploaded in the final submission will be used.
(3) Upload your signed Copyright Transfer Form (PDF)
The information in the copyright form includes:

[2] Author List
[3] Name and address of corresponding author
[4] Author’s signature:
Then please upload the scanned file to our online submission system.
If you have more than one paper, you should created different copyright transfer form for each paper.
(4) Registration Form (PDF) Upload
Please complete registration form of MITA2015 and upload it to online submission system.
If you have more than one paper, you should created different registration form for each paper.
(5) Bank Transfer (Payment) Receipt File (PDF) Upload
As soon as you finish payment of the registration, please scan your payment receipt into PDF and then upload it to our online submission system.

4. Final Submission Guideline on the Online Submission System
(1) Login to EasyChair
Access the online submission site at:
https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=mita2015
(2) Upload all required documents
Click on your submission information. There is menu on the right top, and click “Add or update files” menu, as shown in Figure below.
Upload all required documents for final submission.

4. Paper Teaser (PPT)
5. Registration Form
6. Payment Receipt
Then click “Submit” bottom. You have done to upload your final submission.
