Purpose:
To promote environmental literacy as well as raise the quality of our total educational experience.
To reduce the ecological footprint of our community through recycling, reducing waste, and promoting more sustainable practices in everyday life.
To raise awareness of the environmental challenges that we face globally and locally.
To raise funds for a variety of environmental causes.
Activities:
Our club is very up- to-date with creating awareness on the present environmental conditions and involving our generation to come forward in developing their knowledge through workshops, discussions, campaigns etc. We give great emphasis to arrange regular seminars and competitions at the national level as well as across the globe where the members of the club can participate and represent our club in such international platforms.
The Club has taken an initiative to publish a monthly magazine which will involve country’s famous and noteworthy researchers, environmentalists, campaigners and teachers. The students can submit their articles and their works will get published in the magazine.
