Terms & Conditions for CalciHub

Welcome to CalciHub. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CalciHub mobile application developed and published by MistCast. By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you.

1. Account Usage and Registration

 * CalciHub offers a login feature to sync your "Favorite History." You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

 * You may choose to "Skip" the login process. However, if you do so, your data will be stored locally on your device, and MistCast is not responsible for any data loss if the app is uninstalled or the device is cleared.

2. Intellectual Property

 * All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the app, including its design, logo, and code, belong to MistCast.

 * You are not allowed to copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

3. Proper Use of the App

 * You agree to use CalciHub only for its intended purpose (calculations and utility).

 * You must not use the app in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.

4. Data Syncing and Firebase

 * We use Google Firebase to provide real-time syncing of your favorite calculations. While we strive to ensure 24/7 availability, MistCast is not liable for temporary service interruptions due to technical issues beyond our control.

5. Limitation of Liability

 * CalciHub is provided "as is." While we aim for 100% accuracy in our calculation tools, MistCast is not responsible for any losses, damages, or errors resulting from the use of the calculations provided by the app.

 * It is the user's responsibility to verify critical calculations.

6. Changes to the Service

 * MistCast reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any feature of CalciHub at any time without prior notice.

 * We may also update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Termination

 * We may terminate or suspend your access to the syncing service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

8. Governing Law

 * These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
