Making healthy choices is especially important during this time of at home learning. I encourage you to try and complete at least a half hour of physical activity each day. This can look like going for a walk with your family, playing games with your siblings in the backyard, or completing a dance video at home in your livingroom. I will post different resources and choice boards for you to choose from, but feel welcome to complete your own forms of exercise! I will assign an "exit slip" each week for students to reflect on their activity and healthy choices each week, and to make goals for the upcoming week
