Practice reading the story each day of the week. Complete comprehension question for each story. Use the lined paper that is attached. Along with the story, complete TWO pages of Readers Notebook.

Writing

Writing Workshop needs to be completed at least once a week. Use the pages in the red folder.

Word Work

Each kindergartner was given a baggie with letter tiles. Use the ‘I Can Build Words’ worksheet to record the CVC word that were built. Fill the page within in the next three weeks.

‘Building Sentences’ - have kindergartner cut one row at a time. They need to glue words in order to build the correct sentence. (Use capital letters and punctuation to help…)

Read and Write the House should be completed during the week of March 30th as review. Kindergartners will walk around their room/house to find words or labels TO COPY.
