Ensuring that all students have access to the same resources for their academic work. Meaning, if they do not have access at home, there is a way in the community for them to gain access to the materials needed.
Ex: informing students about the community library which has computers for the public
Ex: the school providing computers/iPad to all students and having free internet access available at the school for those devices
