What is Plagiarism?

Plagiarism can mean a few different things. The first that everyone thinks of is directly copying someone else’s work and claiming it as your own. While that is plagiarism, if the works are used and sited correctly, given the original author their credit, small pieces of someone else’s words can be used when trying to write an informational paper or project.
