Copyright and Fair Use

Copyright is giving ownership of materials to the person that created them. The owner is that only person who is able to give access to another to use their work. Using this work without permission would be just like physically stealing an item from someone.

Fair use policy does not allow some copyrighted materials to be copied and used.
