Briefly, after earning a master's degree in physical education and a teaching credential, Lilli's career trajectory changed; that is, she was surprised with three children within one year. She homeschooled her children from kindergarten through twelfth grade. Near the end of her tenure, she became an accredited Institute for Excellence in Writing (IEW) instructor at the Registered Level.

Currently, Lilli or "Miss Lilli" tutors/teaches privately via Skype and live in student's home or a mutally agreed upon location. Her live classes are held at Excellence in Education Resource Center.
