I am a passionate and experienced educator currently completing a Concurrent Education degree at Brock University, specializing in the Junior/Intermediate stream with a History minor. I have recently completed my first block of student teaching as part of my degree.
I have a diverse background in education, having worked with students from toddlers to high schoolers across various roles for nearly 10 years. My teaching experience includes one-on-one literacy support, small group tutoring, and classroom leadership. I’ve held various roles in education, including supply teaching, classroom volunteer work, and tutoring (both corporately and now privately). I have classroom experience in the public and Catholic school boards, as well as the Montessori method.
My approach is student-centered, skill-building, and grounded in a deep understanding of child development and curriculum expectations. I bring strong communication skills, experience in educational assessment, and a commitment to helping each learner grow with confidence.
