This summer I will be participating in a mission trip to the Dominican Republic with Valley Community Baptist Church from July 19th through July 26th.
Working with Kids Alive International, our team will serve in the areas of construction, music, children’s ministry and teacher training—which will be my personal focus.
I truly feel that God has called me to this mission this year providing the perfect opportunity for me to use the gifts God has given me to show His love to others.
This is my first mission trip, and I am grateful for your love and support. Whether it's becoming a prayer partner, donating to the cause or providing words of encouragement as I prepare my heart and mind for this experience, I truly appreciate you having my back.
Through this site, I hope to share significant moments throughout my journey and reflect on how God is working through it all.
I am so appreciative of your prayers for a safe and productive mission. I have listed a few specific prayer points I would like to request of my prayer partners as I experience my first mission trip.
Life doesn’t always follow a straight line. Sometimes, it’s more like a winding trail through joy, grief, and healing. This is the story of how God stayed close, even when I wandered far, and how He gently brought me back to Him, through "Divine Encounters."
Asking for financial support is never easy, but I am coming to realize that some people want the opportunity to give, as it is their way to participate. On this page you will find easy ways to support the mission trip
