Miss Heart of the USA hosts live state pageants in select states while also welcoming at-large delegates from across the country.
If a state pageant is not currently offered in your area, you may still participate by registering as an at-large delegate below and advancing directly to the national competition.
How It Works
1. Register as a State Delegate
🩷Complete the “Become a Contestant” form below.
2. Purchase your State Delegate title
🩷Purchasing your state delegate title secures your place in the Heart of the USA program.
🩷Your official state title sash and crown are included and will be shipped within 4–6 weeks of title confirmation.
3. Advance to Heart of the USA Nationals
🩷Once fully registered, you officially advance to compete at the Heart of the USA National Pageant.
