Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: November 2026

By submitting a registration, ad, sponsorship, or payment to Miss Heart of the USA, you agree to the following terms.

Parents & Guardians

If a contestant is under 18, the parent or guardian who registers them agrees to these terms on the contestant's behalf.

Registration & Deposits

• A deposit is required to secure participation.

• Titles and spots are not held without a deposit.

• Remaining balances must be paid by the stated deadline.

Refund Policy

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Registration fees are non-refundable once paid.

• Optional fees, ads, and People's Choice votes are non-refundable.

• If a contestant chooses to withdraw, all payments remain with Miss Heart of the USA.

Event Changes & Cancellation

Miss Heart of the USA may adjust the schedule, venue, or program of any event if necessary. If Miss Heart of the USA cancels an event entirely, paid registration fees will be applied as a credit toward a future Miss Heart of the USA event.

Code of Conduct

All participants, families, and guests are expected to show respect, integrity, and professionalism. Failure to do so may result in disqualification without refund.

Judging

All judges' decisions and scores are final.

Media & Promotion

Participants (and parents/guardians of minors) grant permission to use photos, videos, and names for program and promotional purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

Participation is voluntary. Miss Heart of the USA is not responsible for lost or stolen items, injuries, travel disruptions, or events beyond our control, such as weather, illness, or venue issues.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, regardless of where an event is held.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The newest version will always be posted on this page.
