• Parent/guardian information for contestants under 18

• Photos and videos submitted to us or taken at our events

Contestants Under 18

Information about minors is provided by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or guardian may ask to review, correct, or delete their child's information at any time by contacting us.

How We Use Your Information

Your information may be used to:

• Process registrations, ads, sponsorships, and payments

• Send event updates and program communications

• Recognize and promote contestants, titleholders, and sponsors

• Share photos and videos to promote our program

• Improve our program and website

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our program, such as our payment processor (Square), our online forms provider (Cognito Forms), and our website host (Google), or when required by law.

Payment Information

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor. Miss Heart of the USA does not store full credit card numbers.

Photo & Media Release

By registering, participants (and parents/guardians of minors) give Miss Heart of the USA permission to use photos, videos, and names in our program book, website, social media, and promotional materials. To ask that a contestant's photos not be used, email us and we will honor the request going forward.

Protecting Your Information

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may ask to see, update, or delete your information, or to stop receiving emails from us, by contacting us at the address below.

We may update this policy from time to time. The newest version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
