I hope you are keeping busy and healthy! Most importantly; I hope you are finding reasons to smile and laugh EVERYDAY!

Tips for at home learning:

  • Create a morning routine as a family

    • Consider everyone's schedule

      • Wake up time

      • Brushing teeth and hair

      • Breakfast

      • Family connection time (morning hugs...)

    • Make it simple

    • Don't forget to plan for play, outside time, and some movement

  • Have your child illustrate their daily schedule to help them remember what is next

  • Remember not everyday has to look the same - our classroom schedule has some daily routine along with changes in the schedule

  • Have a space for your child to do their work

  • Develop a positive attitude towards learning

    • Create some free time throughout the day to play and remember that a big part of learning in Kindergarten is PLAY!

First things first; I have sent your code for Fresh Grade to your parents e-mail - This is to help you show me some of your learning throughout the rest of the year! You can have your family take a picture or video and upload it to Fresh Grade!

How to login and add your learning pictures & videos

  3. On the top right corner click the "+ add new" button

  4. Add description of your picture or video and save

  5. Once description is in your portfolio you can "upload" your picture or video to it
