Ready to shine? This page lists everything you need to prepare, submit, and confidently compete in the Miss Scott County Local Competition. Follow the steps, complete your requirements, and start your journey toward growth, confidence, and opportunity.
1 - Contestant Application & Entry Form
Provide your contact information, division (Miss or Teen), and confirm your intention to compete in the Miss Scott County Scholarship Program
2 - Sponsor Form for Entry Fee

Provide sponsor information and confirm payment of your contestant entry fee. Contestant entry fee is $125 and can be sponsored by friend, family business, etc.
3 - Talent Reservation
Submit your talent information, talent title, description, and timing of your talent along with any music and technical needs so we can schedule and approve your performance
4 - Photo Submission
Upload your official headshot for the Program Book and publicity, following the listed size and format guidelines

6 - Advertising Contract & Program Book Ads
Each contestant is encouraged to sell ad space for the Program Book. This form details the party purchasing ad space, size and cost of ads. Contestant selling the most ads will be recognized during the program!
7 - Fact Sheet & CSI Essay - for Judges
Interview Fact Sheet Instructions
The Fact Sheet is a concise profile highlighting your accomplishments and personality to assist judges in the interview process.
The Community Service Initiative (CSI) is a key part of the interview phase, giving you the opportunity to show judges how you will creatively engage with your community.
(you can mail these items to the program director if you prefer. Please make six copies of each to send)
