2.  Complete the Delegate Agreement

Once you have completed membership, you will receive an email with a link to the Agreement/Contract to complete and submit.  You will also receive a series of text messages to help guide you through this step.

Important!  Always use the same email & phone number throughout the entire process to ensure records are linked correctly.  DO NOT switch between the delegate's contact info and the parent/guardian's contact info when submitting forms - this can lead to missing or lost information.

• send the email link for your completed Delegate Agreement/Contract
  (if can't find the supplied link, email a copy of the Agreement)

• submit all proof of Eligibility

3.  Register for the Local Miss Scott County Program

You will receive another email containing the link to the Miss Scott County registration page.  Please follow the instructions and submit.  You are now a Contestant!

4.  Complete the Spotfund Fundraising Account

You will receive an email from Miss America with Your Personalized Spotfund sign-up link. 

If you already have a Spotfund account from a previous year, you must still click the new link to connect your account for the current cycle. Otherwise, funds may be allocated to the wrong year or become lost when the previous link closes.  (Note that c26 delegate profiles expired at the end of c26 and the same will happen for c27 on July 22, 2026)
