To use my platform as an example of how to advocate for both authentic intentionality  & deep self-understanding as a way of life. 

There’s so much going on in the world today (particularly in our city) that is distracting us from what really matters. 

We've lost the plot. We've lost ourselves.

If you lose yourself, there’s no way you can accomplish what you are meant to in this life. 

You have to quiet the noise in order to hear the still, small voice within you that knows the way. Your inner sauce is the key to get you to your path.

My campaign is an ode to self. A battle cry against all of the forces that seek to distract and separate us from one another. A spark in the darkness of the uncertain future that awaits humanity. New York City is the epitome of what it means to be a star. They say "if you can make it here, you can make it anywhere." 

I am truly a living testimony of that statement.

My Miss New York USA journey will be the reminder for this city that the answer to making your dreams come true is to trust yourself so deeply that the world has no choice but to meet you halfway.
