My classroom is a positive environment for students to thrive. My effective Classroom Management Plan focuses on prevention and building positive relationships with my students. I believe that forming strong, meaningful and authentic relationships with students is the most powerful classroom management strategy.  By preventative strategies and developing close relationships with my students, I can prevent unwanted behavior from occurring and protect critical instructional time.
