Digital Rights & Responsibility

Digital rights and responsibility is understanding that you are able to use the internet. You also need to know it well enough to help others.  There are some adults, or even children, that do not understand how to work technology so they will need your help. Everyone has the digital right to know how to navigate technology. 

Examples include freedom of speech and reporting problems that make us uncomfortable.
