Unfortunately, we cannot provide free services to male clients.Because male clients are responsible for whole family expenses. If a man is unable to financially support his wife and children, he does not have the right to marry. He may continue fasting Misbah Marriage Bureau strongly condemns such behavior. Some cases are exceptional where men are struggling but have lesser income. They may have chance to get register with us,as they are struggling and some day may be they earn more that's why strugglers are always appreciated.

The statement "If a man is unable to financially support his wife and children, he does not have the right to marry" is generally consistent with Islamic principles. The Quran and Sunnah emphasize the importance of a man's ability to provide for his family.

Māhr and Financial Responsibility

  • Māhr: In Islamic law, māhr is a gift given by the groom to the bride as a token of his commitment and respect. It is considered a basic right of the bride and is not merely a dowry system.

  • Financial Capability: While the amount of māhr can vary, the groom should be financially capable of fulfilling his obligations towards the bride and any potential children. This includes providing for her basic needs and ensuring her well-being.

  • Abdullah ibn Masood (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "O young people! Whoever among you has the financial means to marry, let him marry, for it will lower his gaze and guard his private parts. And whoever cannot marry, let him fast, for it will subdue his sexual desire." Sahih Bukhari, Volume 6, Book 60, Number 5066

Explanation:

This hadith from the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) provides guidance for young people considering marriage. It essentially states:

  • Marriage: If a young person has the financial means to support a wife and a family, they should get married. Marriage is encouraged as it helps to control one's desires, lowers one's gaze (prevents one from looking at things that are forbidden), and protects one's chastity.

  • Fasting: If a young person cannot afford to get married, they are advised to fast. Fasting helps in controlling one's desires, particularly sexual desires. By fasting, a person can develop self-control and discipline.

Note: I hope above mentioned clarifications are understood by our dear clients, so that no ambiguity left behind, which may mis-lead in future.
