CHALLENGES

There are three different types of challenges: Prerecorded, Show & Tell, and Live Tasks.

Prerecorded: These challenges must be completed and filmed prior to the event, and submitted by March 23rd. Please record in landscape mode, when possible. All videos will be shared during the live event-- please do not share them with anyone but the Mirth Master.
Show & Tell: You must bring an item (or a photo of an item) to the event that you think best reflects each category. Points will be awarded based on how well your submission meets the criteria given.
Live Tasks: These challenges will take place during the event. You will not know what the tasks are ahead of time, although you may be given some instructions in terms of items to have on hand.

Remember that prerecorded challenges must be completed prior to the event and submitted by March 23rd to mirthmaster1@gmail.com.

TASK LIST

Make a Jenga block (or off-brand equivalent) disappear. Most creative disappearance wins. [Video; film in landscape mode]
Do something that will look amazing when sped up or slowed down. Do not edit your video; submit the original footage and tell production whether it should be sped up or slowed down. Most amazing thing wins. [Video; film in landscape mode]
Make a portrait of a famous person using only items that begin with the letter M. [Photo]
Use a passage from the book Twilight as the lyrics for an upbeat musical number. Your song must be original and at least 60 seconds long. Most upbeat song wins. Bonus points may be awarded for Twilight-related costumes. [Video; film in landscape mode]
