The Regional Systems of Care Application (RSoCA) Board serves as the governing and oversight body for Michigan’s Region 5 trauma and time-sensitive emergency network. It provides strategic direction, coordination, and accountability for regional initiatives that advance trauma, stroke, and STEMI system integration in alignment with state and national benchmarks.
