Anyone struggle with Imposter Syndrome?
I just read an awesome article on this..."The cycle of stress and anxiety stemming from feeling like an imposter contributes to burnout, diminishing job satisfaction, and negatively affecting mental health."
Lots of great tips, but they were missing 1 big one: Doing Your Own Personal Counseling/Therapy. I've always been a big supporter of this, as someone who has been in and out of counseling at hard points in my life from the age of 5 thru adulthood. One of the things I love about my work now is being a provider of therapy for other mental health professionals.
Anyone struggling with this...which is probably around 100% of us at times in our career...should give this a read.
*I have nothing to do with the platform, I just like some of their free resources...
