Student Travel Support for IRI'24 and MIPR'24 by IEEE TCMC [Form Link]:
IEEE Technical Community on Multimedia Computing (TCMC) is pleased to support (lead) student author to attend the 25th IEEE International Conference on Information Reuse and Integration (IRI 2024) and the 7th IEEE International Conference on Multimedia Information Processing and Retrieval (MIPR), to be held in the Sheraton San Jose Hotel, 1801 Barber Ln, Milpitas, CA, USA from August 7 to August 9, 2024. The support will cover partial registration and travel, and will be handled through reimbursement (i.e., the awardee will need to pay the conference registration and travel first, and then TCMC will reimburse the student with the awarded support post-conference).
Student Volunteer Application for IEEE IRI'24 and MIPR'24[Form Link]:
We are pleased to announce the Student Volunteer opportunities at IEEE IRI'24 and IEEE MIPR'24 to help with front desk, keynotes, paper sessions, coffee and lunch breaks, social events, etc. on site. This is an exciting opportunity to make friends, build connections, and serve the IRI and MIPR communities. All selected student volunteers will receive free lunches, among other benefits. If you are a student who will participate in IRI'24 and/or MIPR'24 in person and help out our conferences, please fill this form out before June 30, 2024.
❯ About IEEE MIPR
Huge amounts of multimedia data are increasingly available, and the knowledge of spatial and/or temporal phenomena becomes critical for many applications, which require techniques for processing, analyzing, searching, mining, and managing multimedia data. The 7th IEEE International Conference on Multimedia Information Processing and Retrieval (IEEE-MIPR 2024) will occur in San Jose, CA, USA, on August 7- 9, 2024. The conference will provide a forum for original research contributions and practical system design, implementation, and applications of multimedia information processing and retrieval. The target audiences will be university researchers, scientists, industry professionals, software engineers and graduate students who need to become acquainted with new theories and technologies in multimedia information processing and retrieval.
