Divisions of teams offered: 

1. National  (approx.  $3800-$4500)

2. Regional  (approx. $2200-$3700)

3. Local  (approx. $1800-$2700)

"National" teams require the most commitment. This level is designed for athletes who want to play volleyball at the highest level, and who have the ultimate goal of qualifying for the USAV Girls Junior National Championships. Teams will play in tournaments that require out-of-state travel, missing school, and possible flights. These players will have practices and events during holidays, including spring & summer breaks.  Players should expect to put volleyball as a priority over social functions, vacations, and some holidays.  Expect to play on MLK Day, President's Day, and Easter weekends.  National teams will attend at least one National Championship (USAV and/or AAU) at the end of the season ending in June or early July.

"Regional" teams have a lower level of commitment compared to National teams; however, athletes are still expected to have volleyball as a priority over social functions, vacations, and some holidays. Players should expect to have practices and events over MLK & President's Day weekends, and spring break.  This level is great for athletes looking to play competitively along the East Coast with less travel than the National teams (within a 2 state radius).  

"Local" teams require less commitment.  This level is a great fit for athletes who are newer to the sport or prefer little to no travel. There is a possibility a tournament may fall on a holiday weekend or during spring break.  Most tournaments are in the Richmond area, and are 1-2 days over the weekend.  Teams may travel to events that are no more than 3 hours away.

Dues include:  

• Practices:  Gym time, Equipment, and Coaches' pay

• Uniform Package & Equipment

• Tournaments: Team & Coach Registration Fees and Expenses

• Administrative Fees:  General business expenses, Software, Communications, Insurance, etc...

• The Coast Classroom & Additional Training Workouts (Fitness, Speed School, Positionals, Nutrition, Retreat, Leadership School)

• Recruiting Coaching & Tools:  HUDL & Sports Recruits or Vball Recruiter (National Teams & Regional Teams 15+)
