Coast VBA is looking to hire competitive coaches, those experienced and those up and coming.   Our goal is to train athletes on and off the court preparing them for what challenges may come their way.  We strive to prepare our athletes for success in high school, and beyond if they choose.

We're looking for dedicated and energetic Volleyball Coaches to lead and inspire our teams!

Location: Richmond, Virginia

Responsibilities:

Engage in practices that build skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship

Develop game strategies and lead the team during matches

Motivate and mentor players to reach their full potential

Ensure a positive, safe, and inclusive team environment

Coordinate with staff, parents, and league officials as needed

Commit to personal growth in coaching, leadership, and professional development

Qualifications:

Prior experience coaching or playing volleyball

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work evenings/weekends for practices and tournaments

CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)

Background check & other club certifications required

Coast VA Volleyball Club is looking for a creative, organized, and passionate Social Media Director to help tell the story of our athletes, teams, and club culture.

This position is ideal for someone who loves sports, understands social media trends, and enjoys creating engaging content that highlights the energy and excitement of youth volleyball.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and growing our social media platforms

• Creating photo, video, and graphic content

• Covering tournaments, practices, and club events

• Promoting programs, camps, tryouts, and announcements

• Showcasing our athletes, coaches, and club culture

• Maintaining a consistent and professional brand presence

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

• Strong photography/video editing skills

• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools

• Ability to work weekends during tournament season

• Passion for youth sports and athlete development
