Copying and modification
You are not allowed to copy or modify the app or any part of the app. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions.
The app itself, the copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to MinsterMedia Apps.
Changes and updates
MinsterMedia Apps is committed to ensuring that this app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, I reserve the right to make changes to the app at any time and for any reason.
At present the app is free and has no in-app purchases. Whilst there are currently no plans to change this, it cannot be ruled out that this could happen in the future.
MinsterMedia Apps does not guarantee that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you or works with the Android version that you have installed on your device.
Device security
In order to provide a service to you, this app does require you to enter certain pieces of data (including, but not limited to your gender, height, weight). It is your responsibility to keep your device and access to the app secure.
It is therefore recommended that you do not jailbreak or root your device, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Doing this could compromise the security of your device and could mean that this app may not function as expected.
Network provider charges
Certain functions of the app require an active internet connection. MinsterMedia Apps does not take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you do not have access to this connection.
MinsterMedia Apps is not responsible for any charges that you incur when using the app (e.g. you are charged for data usage by your mobile network provider whilst accessing the app). In using the app, you are accepting responsibility for any such charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the app, please be aware that it is assumed that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
No maintenance or support
MinsterMedia Apps is not obligated, expressed or implied, to provide any maintenance, technical or other support for this app.
