This dataset is a feature annexure to the Data Centre Resources of the Minority Sector Indices (MSI) Web Channel
Estimates of the Gender Progressiveness Index (GPI) are normalised formulations of original global databases
GPI is calculated by the quotient ratio of the current period (Yt) dividend and the current period (Xt) differentiator (divisor).
Index construction by triangulation is a useful method to obtain resectioning of the sample foci for further quantitative analysis.
The MSI formula for gender progressiveness is:
GPI = [GEI] / [GGG]
Simplified:
GPI = [Gender Equity] / [Differential Gap]
