Through the years there has been some interaction with our neighbors along Sanders Lane. The correspondence with these neighbors is in a folder on our web site that has restricted access, because some of the correspondence got a bit "testy". Noise
From 2012 to 2018 the Board attempted to clarify and enforce the covenants to ensure a noise-free environment for all property owners. This effort was a major part of the Minnetoska POA history, with some difficult and sensitive legal issues. Please contact the website maintainers if you need access to these files.
