These resolutions establish the policies and procedures used by the Board to guide its responsibility to enforce the covenants and other mandates of the Declaration. They document the Board's interpretation of its responsibilities and provide detailed guidance where the Declaration or Bylaws are not fully defined. The Board has also documented some of the processes that we use to collect dues, ensure annual audits, and meet other incorporation requirements.
