On Friday, October 23, we invite League members, conservation partners, award recipients, and friends from across the state to join us at the Minnesota Division Offices, 6601 Auto Club Road, Bloomington, for an evening of stories, food, fellowship, and recognition. Dinner is served from 5:30 to 6:30 PM, the awards program begins at 7:00 PM, and the evening closes with desserts and conversation.
This July, Minnesota hosted the Izaak Walton League's 2026 National Convention, where the National IWLA presented its awards to leaders all across the country. An extraordinary group of Minnesota conservationists were among those awardees. As hosts, we were so busy welcoming the country that we never had the chance to properly celebrate our own. This is that celebration.
We are also honored to introduce a new Minnesota Division award, to be presented every year: the Mark F. Ten Eyck Award, recognizing those who put their professional skill directly to work for conservation. In this inaugural year, the award goes to Mark himself and will be accepted by his wife, LaRaye Osborne.
So many people doing so much good work. Please come celebrate them with us.
