I'm an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Carnegie Mellon University Tepper School of Business. I am interested in quantitative marketing and empirical industrial organization. Recently, my recent research focuses on workforce management (e.g., salesforce compensation, organization design), and consumers' platform engagement (e.g., online review posting).
I received my Ph.D. in Marketing from Yale School of Management and B.B.A. and M.S. from Seoul National University, and I previously served as a faculty member at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
