Magnetic field in the isolated massive dense clump IRAS 20126+4104
Hiroko Shinnaga (Kagoshima University)
We showcase a study of magnetic field structures of IRAS 20126+4104, a massive dense clump in which the rotation and magnetic field axes are misaligned. In our detailed investigation of the role of the magnetic field in high mass star forming regions, we explore the object's magnetic field in a high spatial dynamic range using SMA, CSO, and JCMT. We particularly focus on the complex and intricate structures at the site of massive star formation.
