Besides Math

Besides mathematics, I enjoy reading, music and travelling. I love playing the piano, guitar, and drums. At the university, I am active in the music community. I was the Principal Percussionist in the UNNC orchestra and led the Rock band Shatter as a guitarist.

I enjoy writing, and one of the happiest moments is when I get lost in writing.

Russian writer Fyodor Dostoevsky and the Chinese philosopher Wang Yangming have shaped my mind largely. I have an essay about Wang's philosophy, which was published in Cherwell, one of the oldest independent newspapers in Oxford, est 1920.
