I am a fifth-year PhD student of the Business & Public Policy group at the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley. My work centers at the intersection of industrial organization, political economy, and the economics of innovation, with a particular focus on advanced manufacturing sectors such as semiconductors and robotics in East Asia. 

I graduated from the University of Hong Kong with First Class Honours in the Bachelor of Social Sciences and Bachelor of Laws in 2019. I also hold an M.A. in Analytical Political Economy from Duke University, a joint degree in economics and political science.
