FROM PAGE TO STAGE - A SLAM POETRY WORKSHOP

As part of Mind Over Slammer 2026/27, we're delivering six FREE poetry workshops across the country, designed to help participants develop their writing and performance skills. 

Led by published poet, spoken word artist and BACP-accredited integrative psychotherapist Anna Sinski, and co-facilitated by a winner from the previous Mind Over Slammer, the workshops combine creative development with practical guidance on taking your work from the page to the stage.

No previous experience is required. Workshops are open to anyone aged 18+.
