Many people have or know someone who is struggling with academic stress and burnout. Academic burnout is characterized by extreme exhaustion, cynicism, reduced academic efficacy, and sadness. The problem is that many people are not aware of this pressing, yet prevalent, issue. Mind Over Marks strives to improve awareness by educating about the factors that play into academic burnout, or academic stress in general and by educating the public about ways to combat it.
