By downloading, installing, or using Mindmaxxing (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Mindmaxxing is a daily affirmation app available on iOS. The App offers both a free tier and a paid subscription ("Pro") with additional features.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use the App to build a competing product
Remove or obscure any proprietary notices
The App is available free of charge with limited features.
Certain features require an active Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a [monthly/annual/both] basis at the prices displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged at confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
If a free trial is offered, unused portions of a free trial period are forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not control or process refunds directly.
Any content you create within the App (notes, tasks, or other data) remains yours. You grant us no rights to your content. We do not access, transfer, or use your local content.
You agree not to use the App to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation
Infringe the rights of any third party
Distribute malware or harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system
The App and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to design, text, graphics, and code) are owned by [COMPANY NAME] and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, [COMPANY NAME] SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [COMPANY NAME] and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App immediately ends.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
