Each of my offerings inctes you to turn inward through breath, presensce, and gentle emboidied practice. Whether you're just beginning or an experienced meditator, these sessions create space for stillness, exploration, and connection within yourself and with others.
60 minutes ~ small group
Curious about breathwork and meditation but not sure where to start? This beginner friendly-class offers a welcoming space to explore both practices at a gentle pace.
You'll learn simple, effective techniques to help calm your body and focus your mind. No experience needed!
What's included:
Introductions & intention setting
Brief introduction to breathwork: how it works, followed by practice
Guided meditation practice focused on breath
Optional reflection, sharing, and Q&A
60 minutes ~ Small group or private
A guided introduction to various kinds of conscious breathwork, including a short talk on its roots and purpose. Includes a guided breath journey and time to reflect through journaling or partner sharing.
30, 60, 90 minutes ~ Small group
This offering blends several practices to create a safe and supportive group experience:

Each session is adapted to the group and may include focuses such as compassion, belonging, self-trust, rest, and healing.
If weather permits, groups can also meet and practice in nature.
30-60 minutes ~ In person or online
A personalized session combining guided meditation, breath practices, movement, and mindful conversation. Includes space for journaling and sharing. Focuses can include stress reduction, emotional regulation, intention-setting, and more.
60-75 minutes ~ Small group
Hatha: A practice that combines breathwork and meditation with mindful movement. Focus on holding postures with conscious alignment and slow transitions from pose to pose. Helps build strength, flexibility, and balance while centering on the breath. Perfect for all levels.
Yin: A slow, calm, practice that is focused on the restoration of the body and mind. Gentle poses will be held for several minutes and target connective tissues like ligaments, joints, and fascia as well as muscles. Encourages surrender, meditation, and inner stillness, making it a perfect compliment to a busy or active lifestyle. Perfect for all levels.
45-60 minutes ~ Small group or private
Lie down, breathe, and be guided through various relaxation techniques to move into a state of conscious awareness sleep. Helps release tension, restore the nervous system, and increase awareness. Especially supportive for anxiety, grief, and burnout recovery. Pillows and cushions will be provided.
30-60 minutes ~ Small group or private
