Welcome to Mind Expansion Daily. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mind Expansion Daily mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By downloading, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.
Mind Expansion Daily is an educational application designed to help users expand their knowledge through daily vocabulary lessons, trivia questions, interesting facts, quizzes, and other learning activities.
The Services may include free content and optional premium features. Available features may change as we improve the application.
You must be legally permitted to use the Services and, if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for using the Services in compliance with applicable laws.
Mind Expansion Daily offers free educational content and an optional subscription called Mind Expansion Daily Pro.

Mind Expansion Daily Pro currently offers the following subscription options in the United States:

Annual subscription: $28.00 per year.
Prices may vary depending on country, currency, applicable taxes, platform, and promotional offers. The price and billing terms presented by the applicable app store at checkout control your purchase.
Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device.
We do not directly collect or store your complete payment card information for purchases processed through those stores.
Unless canceled, paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
Your app store account will be charged according to the terms presented at purchase.
To avoid future renewal charges, cancel your subscription before the next renewal date in accordance with your app store's cancellation rules.
Deleting or uninstalling the application does not automatically cancel your subscription.
If a free trial or promotional offer is available, its eligibility, duration, pricing, and renewal terms will be shown before purchase.
Unless canceled within the period specified by the applicable app store, a free trial may convert into a paid subscription.
Free trials and promotions are not guaranteed and may be changed or discontinued, subject to applicable law and platform requirements.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the store where you purchased them.
Apple App Store: Open your device's Settings, select your Apple Account, and choose Subscriptions.
Google Play Store: Open Google Play, select your account, and choose Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Cancellation generally stops future renewals. Access to paid features ordinarily continues until the end of the current paid subscription period, subject to the applicable store's rules.
Subscription payments and refund requests are generally handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective policies and applicable consumer protection laws.
Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable platform and governing law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Mind Expansion Daily provides educational and general informational content.
Although we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that every lesson, fact, definition, quiz question, or explanation is complete, current, or error-free.
Content is not intended to replace professional medical, legal, financial, or other specialized advice.
You should independently verify important information before relying on it for significant decisions.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by:
Attempting unauthorized access to our systems or databases.
Interfering with the operation or security of the application.

Termination of application access does not automatically cancel an active subscription purchased through an app store. You must manage cancellation through the applicable store.

Continued use following an effective update constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
