Mind Expansion Daily respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Mind Expansion Daily mobile application (“Mind Expansion Daily,” “the App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
Mind Expansion Daily is designed to minimize the collection of personal information.
You are not required to create a Mind Expansion Daily account or provide your name, email address, telephone number, precise location, or other directly identifying personal information to use the App's standard features.
The App and the technology services used to operate it may process limited technical information necessary to deliver content, maintain functionality, diagnose problems, provide security, and operate the App. Depending on the device and services involved, this may include technical identifiers, device or operating-system information, network information, app activity, diagnostic information, or similar technical data.
We do not sell personal information.
Mind Expansion Daily provides educational and informational content, including vocabulary, trivia, quizzes, facts, and other learning materials.
The App may process limited information necessary to deliver this content and support features such as learning activity or progress.
Mind Expansion Daily may use third-party technology providers to operate the App.
We use Supabase as part of the App's backend infrastructure. Supabase may be used to store and deliver educational content such as vocabulary, trivia, quizzes, facts, and related information.
Where necessary for App functionality, our backend services may also process limited technical or app-related information. We do not use Supabase for the purpose of creating advertising profiles or selling users' personal information.
The Android version of Mind Expansion Daily is distributed through Google Play and may use Google Play services for application distribution, updates, security, and other platform functionality.
Google may process information independently in accordance with Google's own privacy policies and terms.
Mind Expansion Daily may offer optional paid subscriptions or premium features.
On Android devices, purchases and subscriptions offered through Google Play are processed through Google Play's billing services where applicable.
Mind Expansion Daily does not receive or store users' complete credit card or other payment-card details when payments are processed through Google Play.
We may receive or process limited purchase or subscription information necessary to determine whether a user is entitled to paid features.
Mind Expansion Daily does not currently display third-party advertising.
If advertising is introduced in a future version of the App, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate before or when those changes take effect.
Mind Expansion Daily does not intentionally request or collect precise location information for its current functionality.
If location-based functionality is introduced in the future, we will update our privacy disclosures and request any permissions or consent required by applicable law or platform policies.
Mind Expansion Daily is a general educational application and is not designed for the purpose of collecting personal information from children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through user registration because the App does not currently require users to create a Mind Expansion Daily account.
If we learn that personal information from a child has been collected in a manner inconsistent with applicable requirements, we will take appropriate steps to delete or otherwise address that information.
Any information processed by Mind Expansion Daily or its service providers may be used as necessary to:
Provide and operate the App;
Deliver vocabulary, trivia, quizzes, facts, and other educational content;
Maintain App functionality and security;
Diagnose technical problems and improve reliability;
Maintain learning features or progress where applicable;
Verify access to subscription or premium features where applicable; and
Comply with applicable legal and platform requirements.
We do not use personal information for third-party targeted advertising.
We do not sell users' personal information.
Limited information may be processed by service providers that help us operate and distribute the App, such as backend infrastructure providers and platform providers.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, protect the security and integrity of the App, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect legal rights.
We take reasonable measures designed to protect information processed through Mind Expansion Daily.
We also rely on third-party service providers that maintain their own security measures. However, no electronic storage, transmission, or information system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Mind Expansion Daily retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, including providing App functionality, maintaining security and reliability, satisfying legal obligations, and resolving disputes where applicable.
Because Mind Expansion Daily does not currently require users to create a Mind Expansion Daily account, there is currently no Mind Expansion Daily user account that must be deleted.
If identifiable user information is introduced in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide appropriate mechanisms for handling applicable access or deletion requests.

Services provided by Google, Supabase, device manufacturers, operating-system providers, or other third parties may be governed by their own privacy policies.
Mind Expansion Daily is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party services.
We may update this Privacy Policy as Mind Expansion Daily evolves, new features are introduced, service providers change, or legal and platform requirements change.
When we make changes, the updated Privacy Policy will be posted at the same public location and the “Last Updated” date will be revised.
