💳 Refund & Dispute Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 14 days before the course start date.
No refunds are available for cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date.
If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to a future course or another participant (please let us know in advance).
If we ever need to cancel a class on our side, you’ll receive a full refund or be offered a new date.
If you need to dispute a charge or raise a concern, email us directly at mindbodyspirithypnobirthing@gmail.com and we’ll resolve it with care and urgency.

Our classes and services are currently available only to clients residing in Ireland and the EU. We do not sell or ship any physical goods at this time.
