I am a M.Ed. student in Curriculum and Pedagogy program in the Department of Curriculum, Teaching and Learning at the University of Toronto
Selia Karsten's CTL5011 course led to the creation of this website. For this project, I struggled to come up with a subject that interested me and made me feel want to share with others. After taking classes in Mindfulness and Art in Action, I realised how essential it is to be able to comprehend and feel the sensory of ourselves in order to takeing care of acdmic and social life.
