I am Shun Minami and 3rd year PhD student (for 5 years course) in The Graduate Institute for Advanced Studies (SOKENDAI), Integrative Evolutionary Science(RCIES).
My research interests are Coevolution of pathogens and hosts, Diversity driven by pathogen and Eco-Evolutionary dynamics in infectious diseases.
For specific examples, I am interested in coevolutionary dynamics in host, pathogen (fungus, virus, bacteria etc.) and vector (insect).
I explore the evolutionary consequences of host-pathogen interaction by using mathematical method, such as Population dynamics, Evolutionary game theory, Adaptive Dynamics and Population genetics.
