I delivered a speech in the official program organized on the occasion of 134th birth anniversary celebration of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar at CSIR- National Chemical Laboratory, Pune

My sincere thanks to the organizing committee members for recommending my name for the student's talk. I highlighted Dr. Babasaheb's educational career, his contributions to the agricultural sector and upliftment of women.

This was a lifetime opportunity for me. I was overwhelmed to receive appreciation for my speech from the audience and our director sir Dr. Ashish Lele .

I dedicate this success to my grandparents (from whom I learnt to deliver speech publicly on a big stage), my parents (from whom I learnt writing skills) , teachers (from whom I learnt communication skills and confidence) and my mentors (from whom I learnt to consistently keep performing and stay humble)

Thank you everyone who has helped me in one way or the other for making me the better version of myself. You all are part of my success story.

Our lab won the Best Lab Safety Compliance Award during the National Safety Week 2024 organized at CSIR-NCL from 4th to 10th March 2024. We strictly follow safety protocols in our laboratory. Waste is segregated into categories like biohazard, recyclable, glassware, and toxic waste. Fire fighting training and lab safety training is provided to all students and staff.

Received the Best Poster Presentation award at the NCL RF Student's Conference 2022. The poster was jointly presented by me and my colleague Mr. Ajit Sutar.

A small question raised a national issue of women's safety and health. During the visit of honorable Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh in CSIR-NCL, I got an opportunity to interact and ask question.

CSIR-NCL, AMI, Pune Chapter, and VIBHA, Paschim Maharashtra Prant, jointly organized a half-day symposium to observe ‘World Microbiome Day’ under the theme “To celebrate The Microbial World” on July 29, 2022. I got an opportunity to compere this symposium.

Glad to share with you all that I received 1st rank (Students category) in the Essay writing competition held during the Vigilance Awareness Week, 2021 in CSIR-NCL, Pune.

Today I delivered a talk in a webinar organized by the Dept. of Biotechnology, C.K.Thakur ACS College, New Panvel.

Topic: NET, SET guidance for M.Sc. Biotechnology Students.

I am grateful to the Dept. of Biotechnology, C.K.T. College, New Panvel for giving me this wonderful opportunity to guide the students.

I completed the course titled "Foundations of Chemical Safety and Risk Management for Chemistry Students" offered by ACS institute.

Every researcher must complete this safety training course as they begin their research work in their laboratories. It makes you well aware of the various hazards present in the laboratory environment. Also, it gives a lot of information about risk management and prevention in the laboratory. I enjoyed learning in this course about lab safety and training yourself to be a vigilant researcher.

I hope this course will be useful to you all as well.

Successfully conducted a webinar for B.Sc. Lifesciences Students organized by ZSCT's Thakur College of Science, Kandivali.

Topic: Competitive Exams for B.Sc. students

150 participants actively participated and received a good inquisitive response from the students. I am grateful to Dr. Bharti Wadekar Madam and Thakur College of Science for giving me this opportunity.

The first competition that I participated in was NCL, Pune as a Ph.D. student. Essay Writing on account of Vigilance Awareness Week. I stood third in the NCL Staff Category.

I received the winning position in the Table Topics event organized by team AVEKSHAN 2023 held during the occasion of One Week One Lab at CSIR- National Chemical Laboratory. We were asked to pick up 3 paper chits and select any one topic to talk about for at least 1 minute. I selected the topic "Does entertainment have mathematics?". It was a wonderful experience to talk publicly in front of the crowd on a topic given on the spot. I would like to dedicate this award to my Drama Guru Prafullchandra K Dighe sir who has taught me to be fearless and speak confidently when I am on the stage.
