Mimizoo is designed to work fully offline and does not require an account to play. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The app may store gameplay preferences (such as selected language, players, and progress) locally on your device only. This data is not transmitted to us or any third party.
If you contact us by email for support, we will receive the information you choose to share (such as your email address and message content) solely to respond to your inquiry.
Payments and Subscriptions
Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Mimizoo does not collect, store, or have access to your payment information.
Third-Party Services
Mimizoo does not integrate third-party advertising or analytics SDKs that track children. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly and the change will be clearly communicated.
Children's Privacy
Mimizoo is designed for young children and complies with applicable children's privacy laws, including COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and GDPR provisions relating to children's data. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region) without verifiable parental consent, and in practice we do not collect such information at all through normal app use.
Data Security
Since gameplay data stays on your device, there is no transmission of personal data to external servers during normal use.
