Private yoga sessions are perfect for anyone looking for classes tailored completely to their own needs, whether that’s a nervous beginner, someone managing injuries, or anyone who may want to deepen their practice with a personalised programme.
Practice from the comfort of your own home or online, to suit your preference and needs.
Do you want to offer your team or community a yoga experience? I love to bring yoga to workplaces, weddings, birthdays, hens, stags, or simply groups who want to practise together.
However short or long, small or big, I can create something personalised, memorable and accessible for you and your event.
Online
Tuesdays 5:30pm - 6:15pm. A 45-minute wind down after the workday, still ending in time for your dinner / west end show / binging your latest obsession.
Wednesday 12 - 12:30pm. A midweek, midday 30-minute wiggle on the mat. A mix of stretches and strengthening to combat sitting at a desk day after day.
Fridays 12 - 12:45pm. Every other week. A 45-minute movement break on those work from home days where it’s all too easy to only walk to the kitchen and back.
In person
Sundays 2:30-3:30pm. Weekly community classes at Yogarise Streatham every Sunday in October and November.
Having a chronic health condition and navigating a variety of injuries, I understand what it feels like to feel restricted or uncomfortable in movement.
When I first joined a yoga class over 12 years ago it felt like I breathed a sigh of relief. Here was a space I could explore my body and breath in a way that felt safe, nourishing, and even exciting.
Because of this, I encourage my students to be curious and kind to themselves – whether that means embracing challenges on some days and prioritising rest on others.
My classes blend traditional asanas and breathwork with functional movement with the goal of leaving you feeling restored in mind, body, and spirit.
"Mimi is a wonderful yoga instructor - our private class was a perfect mix of chilled and relaxing with a few more challenging moves too." - Hannah, Hampshire
