Hi there! I'm Mimi, a yoga teacher based in south London. I first started practicing yoga over 12 years ago, and it's been the single most constant thing in my life since then.
Like life, my yoga practice has evolved with time. I was initially drawn to Ashtanga and Power Flow, but several injuries forced me to slow down, quieten my ego, and reconsider how I moved my body. I stopped chasing arbitrary shapes and learned to listen to my body with curiosity and kindness. Today, my personal practice is a diverse blend of vinyasa, hatha, pranayama, and meditation.
In 2025-26, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training with Becky Farbstein at Yogarise London, where my passion grew for creating safe, grounded, and genuinely accessible yoga classes for everyone.
I’m committed to enhancing well-being through teaching anatomy and philosophy-based classes that are adaptable to each individual - my goal is to leave my students feeling restored in mind, body, and spirit.
